Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Join our compassionate team at Seneca Health Care Center where we provide high-quality care for our residents. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to deliver excellent nursing care, ensuring the well-being of our residents in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update care plans as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, safety standards, and infection control protocols.
• Educate residents and families on care plans and health management.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain up-to-date records.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement in care.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Previous nursing experience in a skilled nursing or rehab setting preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and patient care standards.

Schedule

Shifts available: Full-Time and Part-Time, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 11:00pm-7:00am

Pay

$36 - $38/hr. (depending on experience)
