About the role
Normandy Farms Estates is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor in their skilled nursing neighborhood.
Responsibilities
- Supervise all aspects of direct and indirect nursing care to the residents in our skilled nursing neighborhood.
- Prepares, reviews, and coordinates nursing assignments and work schedules to assure attendance and makes arrangements for replacements as necessary.
- Aids the Director of Nursing in the job performance evaluation of nursing personnel.
Requirements
- Current State license as Registered Nurse (RN)
- Minimum of two years related nursing experience with increasing supervisory responsibilities
- Current or eligible for certification in CPR
- Advanced knowledge of nursing principles and physical assessment skills
