Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for compassionate, caring individuals to provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents’ attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility. You will monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel and assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and facility policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under medical direction and supervision
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet residents' physical and psychological needs
• Adhere to federal, state, and local standards governing the facility
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse
• Prior experience in a skilled nursing care facility, acute care setting, or other related field
