About the role
AristaCare is seeking an RN Supervisor to oversee daily nursing activities within the facility.
Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility.
- Implement policies and procedures as directed by the Director of Nursing Services to maintain high-quality care.
- Delegate administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for assigned duties.
Requirements
- Must hold a Nursing Degree from an accredited college or university, or be a graduate of an approved RN program.
- Active, unencumbered RN license for the state of New Jersey.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or similar healthcare setting.
- At least 12 months of training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
