Responsibilities
- Manage patient care plans
- Supervise licensed staff and CNAs
- Absess patient needs
- Promote excellent customer service
- Coordinate care
- Evaluate care quality
- Develop care plans
- Assist with patient evacuation
- Effective communication within interdisciplinary teams
Requirements
- An associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing
- Active RN licensure
- At least two years of nursing experience, preferably in geriatrics
- CPR certification, must remain current
