Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor registered nurses to ensure quality patient care
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Manage staff schedules and resources
- Provide leadership and support to the nursing team
Requirements
- Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor preferred
