Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor 7p to 7a

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Kadima Rehabilitation & Nursing at Latrobe in Latrobe, PA. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality nursing care to our residents while leading a team of dedicated professionals. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under the medical direction and supervision of the residents' attending physicians, the Director of Nursing, and the Medical Director of the facility.
• Monitor the performance of non-licensed personnel.
• Assist in modifying the treatment regimen to meet the physical and psychological needs of the resident, in accordance with established medical practices and the requirements of the policies and procedures of this facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards governing the facility.
• Other duties as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program required.
• Licensure and registration by the PA Board of Nursing Examiners as a Registered Nurse required.

Pay

$43 - $47 hourly salary range, plus a $2.00 shift differential for 12-hour shifts.
