About the role
The MH Registered Nurse - Acute Care role provides high quality patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient outcomes. Collaborates, delegates, and communicates with members of the healthcare team to ensure optimal care.
Responsibilities
- Assesses patient’s physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs.
- Plans and implements nursing care based on assessment findings.
- Evaluates patient’s response to care and adjusts plan accordingly.
- Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Communicates effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current applicable state(s) license as a Registered Professional Nurse required.
- Current BLS certification required or must obtain within 30 days of start date.
- One year of recent RN experience required.
Qualifications
- Automatic advancement from RN I level if all onboarding requirements are complete, including the New Grad Residency (where available).
Skills
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to assess and prioritize patient needs.
- Knowledge of nursing procedures and protocols.

Pay
$10,000 Sign on bonus for RNs with up to 2 years of RN experience and $20,000 for RNs with greater than 2 years of RN work experience!
Schedule
Full or Part time RN positions available.
