Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure medication safety and proper administration.
• Respond to patient and family calls, evaluate needs, and triage care.
• Maintain safety protocols and role-model therapeutic communication.
• Capture healthcare services across various providers and institutions.
• Delegate tasks appropriately and foster a supportive team environment.
• Perform comprehensive assessments, develop and adapt care plans, and monitor patient condition changes.
• Administer treatments, including chemotherapy and blood products, and provide patient education.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through certifications, consultations, and training.
• Utilize technology effectively to deliver patient care and adhere to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• A High School diploma and an Associate Degree in Nursing.
• Licensed Registered Nurse (Kansas, Missouri, or compact license).
• CPR/BLS certification (additional certifications may be required by specific units).
