Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans

• Delegate tasks to ancillary staff
• Potentially precept students and new hires

Qualifications

• Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Open to all experience levels, including new graduates

Key Duties

• Deliver emotional support and education to residents and families
• Coordinate care activities including transfers, discharges, and referrals
• Support psychosocial needs
• Perform supervisory responsibilities as needed
