About the role
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in a long-term care setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care to improve quality of life.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on thorough assessments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
- Offer education, emotional support, and guidance to residents, families, and caregivers.
- Delegate tasks to ancillary personnel and perform supervisory duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active State of Maine RN license or ability to obtain promptly.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and critical thinking skills.
- Self-motivated team player with a compassionate approach.
- Open to all experience levels, including new graduates.
Schedule
Full-time, 36 hours/week, day shift (7 am - 7 pm).
