Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care
- Develop and evaluate care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Educate and support residents, families, and caregivers
- Delegate tasks to ancillary staff
- Perform supervisory duties as needed
- Deliver high-quality care during 12-hour day shifts
- Build meaningful resident relationships
Qualifications
- Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain it
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Team-oriented
- Open to all experience levels, including new graduates
