Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate resident-centered care

- Provide education and emotional support to residents and families
- Delegate tasks to ancillary staff
- Perform supervisory duties as needed
Qualifications
- Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain promptly
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Open to all experience levels including new graduates
Key Duties
- Work 12-hour day shifts (7a-7p)
- Full-time with 36 hours/week
