Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
- Delegate tasks
- Support residents and their families emotionally and educationally
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented and compassionate approach
- Open to all experience levels, including new graduates
Key Duties
- Deliver personalized care
- Coordinate care transitions
- Perform supervisory or precepting responsibilities as needed
Work Environment
- Full-time, 36 hours/week, night shifts (7p-7a)
