Registered Nurse (RN) - Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) - Long Term Care

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in a team-focused environment
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans based on assessments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care coordination, transfers, discharges, and psychosocial support
• Delegate care to ancillary staff, precept students and new hires, and perform supervisory duties as needed
• Educate and support patients, families, and caregivers to promote well-being

Qualifications & Skills

• Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain quickly
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable to all experience levels, including new graduates
