About the role

Registered Nurse (RN) position in a skilled nursing facility specializing in long term care. This is a part-time, 24 hours per week staff position with night shifts (8-hour nights).

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Educate and support residents, families, and caregivers
• Delegate tasks to ancillary staff
• Perform supervisory duties as needed
• Deliver personalized care and support psychosocial needs
• Coordinate transfers and discharges
• Contribute to a team environment focused on resident well-being

Qualifications

• Active Maine RN license or ability to obtain
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and team-oriented
• Open to all experience levels, including new graduates

Schedule

Part-time, 24 hours per week, 8-hour night shifts.
