About the role
Complete Care at Glendale West is growing and building a strong, supportive clinical team. We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) who want to make an impact, be heard, and grow within a positive, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care and oversee resident care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately
- Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care teams
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs
- Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
- Experience with EMR systems preferred
- Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
- Compassionate, resident-focused approach
