Registered Nurse (RN) - Sign On Bonus

About the role

The Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN) is responsible for providing, overseeing, and coordinating the delivery of resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations governing the facility. The RN is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating resident care plans while ensuring the highest degree of quality care and safety. The RN supervises and supports licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nursing assistants (CNAs), and other team members to ensure continuity of care and serves as a key resource for residents, families, and staff.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Supervises LPNs, Medication Aides, CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands
• Completes performance evaluations and provides input on hiring, disciplining, or terminating staff
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Oversees unit operations during absence of higher-level management
• Uses independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute preferred

Pay & Schedule

• Salary: $45.40 - $53.40
• Sign On Bonus: $10,000 FT + $5,000 PT
• Shift Differential for Nights: $4.00/hr
• 12 Hour Shift Options
