Registered Nurse (RN) - Sign-On Bonus

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to oversee resident care, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local standards. The RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates care plans to deliver high-quality, safe care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise LPNs, CNAs, and other staff
• Assign work based on resident needs and staff capabilities
• Manage staffing levels and handle staffing concerns
• Conduct performance evaluations
• Participate in hiring and disciplinary decisions
• Oversee unit operations in the absence of management, using independent judgment within company policies and legal guidelines

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred
• Current RN license and CPR certification (or within 90 days)

• Leadership in supervising care staff and managing care delivery
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to make independent decisions aligned with regulations
