Pay
Salary: $38.40 – $43.40 per hour. Sign‑on bonus: $15,000 for full‑time hires, $7,500 for part‑time hires.

Responsibilities
- Supervise LPNs, medication aides, CNAs/STNAs and other direct‑care staff.
- Plan, assign, and direct work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities.
- Prepare work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety.
- Receive staffing‑related calls and arrange replacements as needed.
- Transfer employees among units per staffing demands.
- Complete performance evaluations and provide input on hiring, disciplining, or terminating staff.
- Adjust break schedules and resolve staff concerns.
- Oversee unit operations during absence of higher‑level management.
- Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of nursing experience in long‑term or sub‑acute care (preferred).
- Current state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain CPR certification within 90 days of employment.
