Role Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing, performing procedures, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans. They advocate for patients and serve as a liaison between healthcare providers and community resources to ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions during admission and shifts, reporting any changes
• Perform medical procedures and document care accurately and promptly
• Respond to patient requests proactively, delivering exceptional care
• Coordinate holistic care plans to support recovery and manage ongoing care needs

Qualifications & Skills

• Active RN license and diploma
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification (obtained within 30 days)
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification (obtained within 90 days)
• No prior experience required
