Registered Nurse (RN) - Radiology Nursing

About the role

Radiology Nurses at Cabarrus work across multiple clinical environments, including outpatient imaging centers, preprocedural and postprocedural care units, Advanced Cardiac Imaging Nursing, and Interventional Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to patients undergoing various imaging studies in outpatient imaging centers.
• Facilitate cardiac imaging procedures such as Cardiac CT, Cardiac MRI, and cMR stress testing in the Advanced Cardiac Imaging Nursing department.
• Work in a procedural area that includes two IR labs, CT, and Ultrasound in the Interventional Radiology department.
• Collaborate extensively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and quality care during diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.

Requirements

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing.
• Candidates must have at least 6 months of RN experience.
• This position is not for new graduates.
• A registered nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued within 6 months of hire.
• One year of inpatient RN experience preferred.

Pay

$38.20 - $57.30 per hour based on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, and/or training.

Schedule

M-F, Days, 36 hours per week.
