Registered Nurse (RN) Quality Analyst
About the role
As an RN Quality Analyst, you'll be part of a team dedicated to promoting patient safety, driving performance improvement initiatives, and supporting a culture of continuous learning.
Responsibilities
- Maintains regulatory, accreditation and certification requirements and processes.
- Conducts performance and process improvement activities through consultation, development of performance measures, education, chart reviews, root cause analysis, data collection and analysis to achieve safety and quality goals.
- Analyzes data.
- Develops presentations and facilitates meetings.
- Serves as an educational resource when needed.
- Conducts department/unit rounding as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
Requirements
- A current Michigan RN license.
- An associate's degree from an accredited nursing school (bachelor's preferred).
- Basic Life Support Health Care Provider (BLS-HCP) certification.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) certification (preferred).
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare quality improvement and patient safety.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
Exempt/salaried position with competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
8-hour M-F Day shifts, Flexible Start Times (8a-4:30p)
