Role: Registered Nurse providing quality patient care within a collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safe and effective delivery according to policies and procedures.Monitor patient conditions, document assessments, care provided, and any incidents, maintaining confidentiality and safety standards.Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate care and communicate patient needs and progress.Serve as an advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns and providing health education.Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing ideas for quality enhancement and process improvements.Maintain professional competence through ongoing training, certifications, and involvement in professional organizations.Mentor and support the development of other nurses, fostering a positive work environment and adhering to shared governance principles.Comply with organizational policies, standards of work, and ethical conduct. Qualifications And Skills Associates Degree or Nursing Diploma (Bachelor's preferred).Valid RN license (single-state or multi-state compact).Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.Commitment to professional growth and excellence in patient care.
