About the role

Registered Nurse responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care within a patient care team. Acts as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient safety, satisfaction, and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
• Collaborating with team members to coordinate care and prioritize patient flow
• Maintaining accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and incidents

Requirements

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree preferred
• Required certifications: BLS and RN licensure (single state or multi-state compact)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and critical thinking skills
• Commitment to professional development and quality improvement
