Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team. They serve as a primary liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Patient Care & Coordination: Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions; develop and execute care plans; prioritize patient flow; ensure safety and compliance.Patient Advocacy & Satisfaction: Address patient concerns attentively; educate patients and families; communicate relevant information; promote family-centered care.Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements; support initiatives aimed at improving care quality, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement.Professional Development & Leadership: Maintain licensure and certifications; pursue ongoing training; mentor colleagues; uphold professionalism and confidentiality; participate in governance activities. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact).Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.Strong clinical judgment, communication, teamwork, and commitment to professional growth.
