We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Psychiatric to provide direct patient care in a high-quality behavioral health inpatient setting.
Responsibilities
- Assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to nursing standards.
- Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication, and post-discharge needs.
- Developing and documenting individualized care plans collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team, patients, and families.
- Assessing physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, ensuring communication across care continuum.
- Participating in safety, quality improvement, and professional development activities.
- Maintaining a safe environment in a safety-sensitive role, requiring alertness and safe work practices.
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- Valid RN license; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- No prior experience required; less than 2 years of experience preferred.
