Registered Nurse (RN) – PRN Day Shift

Join a supportive and collaborative nursing team in a community-based healthcare setting, providing exceptional patient care on a telemetry unit. Role & Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, within nursing care standards.Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration.Participate in quality improvement, safety initiatives, and professional development activities.Develop and document individualized care plans, ensuring effective communication across care teams.Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.Maintain safety-sensitive standards, working alertly to ensure a safe environment. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse (RN) license required.Minimum education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.No prior experience required; less than 2 years of experience preferred.Open to both new graduates and experienced nurses.Strong critical thinking, communication, and patient education skills.
