Registered Nurse (RN) – Day Shift
About the Role
Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring compassionate, dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) for our full-time Day Shift team in Riverside, Missouri. Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
- Complete comprehensive nursing assessments
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Administer medications, IV therapy, treatments, and physician-ordered interventions
- Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the interdisciplinary team
- Document resident care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR)
- Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
- Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
- Promote resident safety, dignity, comfort, and quality of life
- Participate in infection prevention and quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Registered Nurse program
- Current Missouri Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Current BLS/CPR Certification (or ability to obtain)
- Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, hospital, or senior living experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care
