Registered Nurse ( RN ) – Day Shift

Pay

Base Pay: $31.00‑$40.40 per hour (based on experience). Shift Differential: $0.75 per hour on weekends. $10,000 sign‑on bonus.

Schedule

Full‑time day shift, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing – required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long‑term care, or post‑acute care preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
