About the role
Provides professional nursing care to patients and families, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes through effective communication and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Performs general nursing duties, administers medications, and coordinates patient care activities.
- Assists providers during procedures, exams, and tests, preparing necessary equipment.
- Monitors, documents, and reports patient conditions, reactions, and responses to treatments.
- Schedules appointments, manages patient flow, and prioritizes emergency cases.
- Gathers patient information, conducts assessments, and educates patients and families on health topics.
- Responds promptly to patient inquiries, documents lab samples, and maintains clean, stocked exam rooms.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the practice state.
- Effective communication, visual acuity, and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality, safety standards, and adherence to healthcare regulations.
