Registered Nurse (RN) - Perioperative / Post Anesthesia Care

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) in PreOp / PACU - Post Anesthesia Care responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supporting nursing practice, and ensuring safety within the unit.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and coordinating patient care operations
• Assisting the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in assessing and implementing nursing strategies
• Maintaining 24/7 accountability for Same Day Surgery and PACU services
• Providing mentorship, role modeling, and advocating for the nursing profession
• Performing related duties as needed

Requirements

• Active RN license in the state of practice
• At least 2 years of management or leadership experience in a hospital setting
• Effective communication, leadership, and operational skills

Preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing
