Registered Nurse (RN) - Perioperative - Full-Time Days

Role: RN Clinical Periop Nurse, a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered perioperative care. Responsibilities Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and critical thinking.Providing relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient needs and involving patients and families in care planning.Coordinating safe, quality care through effective communication, timely documentation, and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment.Participating in performance improvement, research, and shared governance activities to enhance patient outcomes.Mentoring and serving as a preceptor to promote professional growth and workforce development.Supporting resource management and developing protocols to improve practice and reduce adverse events.Adhering to organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements, including safety and quality goals. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred.Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
