Registered Nurse (RN) - Perioperative - Full Time Days

Role: RN Clinical Periop Nurse, a key member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical environment supported by shared governance and evidence-based practices. Responsibilities Perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, ensuring individualized and culturally competent care.Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes.Coordinate safe, quality care documentation and promote a respectful, inclusive clinical environment.Collaborate with team members, support performance improvement activities, and participate in research and evidence-based practice initiatives.Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a skilled and professional nursing workforce.Participate in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred).Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification.Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.Proven ability to practice according to standards, demonstrate critical thinking, and collaborate effectively within a team.
