Registered Nurse - Perioperative - Full Time Days

Responsibilities

• Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices.
• Delivering relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to individual patient needs.
• Partnering with patients and their families through effective communication and education.
• Cooking care delivery, documenting accurately, and fostering teamwork through interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Serving as a preceptor or mentor to foster workforce development.
• Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and organizational standards, including safety goals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Current RN license and required certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS) upon hire.
• Minimum of 5 years of direct patient care nursing experience.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
