Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans.Deliver safe, effective care following hospital policies and procedures.Advocate for patients, addressing concerns and providing health education.Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute to process enhancements.Support professional growth, maintain licenses and certifications, and engage in ongoing training.Mentor and collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment.Adhere to confidentiality, safety, and professional standards. Qualifications & Skills Associates Degree or Nursing Diploma; Bachelor's preferred.Current RN license and certifications, including BLS.Strong communication, judgment, and teamwork skills.Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
