Registered Nurse (RN) - Perinatal

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs within a collaborative care team. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, develop and communicate care plans, prioritize patient flow, and ensure documentation accuracy. Advocate for patient and family needs, deliver education, and promote patient satisfaction through compassionate care. Contribute to performance improvement initiatives, support professional growth, and mentor other nurses. Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, and participate in shared governance activities. Qualifications & Skills: Requires an Associate or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred), current RN license (single state or multi-state compact), and BLS certification. Must demonstrate excellent communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills. Maintain professional competence through ongoing education and certification renewal. Additional Duties: Support organizational policies, participate in quality improvement, and promote a positive work environment. Engage in leadership development and contribute to a culture of excellence and compassionate care.
