Role Overview

The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs. They act as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Skills

• Associates Degree or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred).
• Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact).
• Current BLS certification.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills.
• Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
