About the role
Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specialized in Pediatric Behavioral Health to provide direct clinical care in Sherborn, Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, and deliver patient care.
- Supervise staff and ensure high-quality, safe, and cost-effective nursing services.
- Coordinate patient care based on established standards, risk management, infection control, and quality improvement protocols.
- Perform emergency response duties, including HICS responsibilities and knowledge of hospital emergency codes.
- Support clinical staff competency and resource management to optimize patient outcomes.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
- Current licensure and CPR certification.
- Preferred: Bachelor's or master's degree in nursing.
Skills
- Provide safe, effective, and comprehensive nursing care.
- Coordinate patient care within medical protocols.
- Supervise staff and support hospital emergency and disaster procedures.
