Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric Behavioral Health

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Pediatric Behavioral Health to provide direct clinical care in Dover, Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver safe, high‑quality nursing care to pediatric patients.
• Supervise staff and ensure adherence to safety, risk management, quality improvement, and infection control standards.
• Coordinate patient care within medical regimens and support discharge planning.
• Fulfill all hospital incident command system duties during emergencies and understand emergency codes.
• Support the clinical team to maintain high standards of patient safety and care efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Current licensure and certification to practice as an RN, including CPR.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in nursing.
