Job Description
The Registered Nurse at Singing River Health System is responsible for providing patient care utilizing the Nursing Process. They must be licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Mississippi and hold relevant certifications based on their specialty area. The position requires a minimum of one year of inpatient clinical experience within the past five years, with the ability to obtain necessary certifications within 12 and 18 months respectively. De-escalation training must be completed by the end of position orientation.
Qualifications
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Mississippi
- Current BCLS certification upon hire
- Relevant certifications as per specialty area (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC)
- De-escalation training completed by 90 days
- One year of inpatient clinical experience, preferred
