Compensation Base Pay: $37–$44/hour (based on experience)
Shift & Weekend Differentials:
2nd Shift Differential: +$3.00/hour
3rd Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour
Weekend Differential: +$3.00/hour
Differentials stack!
Work a weekend evening shift and earn an additional $6.00/hour.
Work a weekend overnight shift and earn an additional $5.00/hour.
On-Call/Per-Diem RNs

A Day In The Life
Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the residents’ daily life rhythm
Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction
Qualifications
Current RN license in the state for which applying
Current CPR certification
Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
New grads are welcome!
