Registered Nurse (RN) - Part Time

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct resident care, supervise nursing staff, and ensure quality standards are met. Key Responsibilities Include Planning, directing, and executing shift routines in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act.Leading and supervising nursing personnel, assigning duties, and ensuring effective communication.Providing compassionate care, administering medications, and monitoring resident health.Maintaining accurate documentation, updating care plans, and reporting resident conditions.Performing assessments, ensuring compliance with policies, and responding to emergencies.Participating in team meetings, training, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Qualifications And Skills Current Registered Nurse licensure and CPR certification.Experience in long-term care preferred.Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication abilities.Proficiency with electronic documentation and assessment tools.Team-oriented with a focus on respectful, patient-centered care.
