Registered Nurse (RN) PACU

Schedule

Full‑Time Days, Monday‑Friday, with on‑call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Accurately perform patient assessments and identify patient needs.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Recovery/Post‑Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU).
• Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care appropriate to the condition and age of the patient.
• Perform timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record.
• Complete and revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.

Requirements

• Active Virginia RN license (single‑state) or compact license; if relocating, licensure must be updated to the new Primary State of Residence before employment begins.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required within 1 year of hire.

Pay

Hourly range: $33.64 to $44.81.
