About the role
Seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) for 1:1 in-home patient care, offering meaningful connections, autonomy, and work-life balance.
Responsibilities
- Developing and adjusting individualized care plans
- Performing skilled nursing interventions and administering medications
- Monitoring patient conditions and communicating changes to care teams
- Providing education to patients and caregivers to promote independence
- Coordinating care and assisting with discharge planning
Qualifications and skills
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Health screening (PPD or chest X-ray)
- Strong clinical judgment with a patient-first approach
- Experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical skills encouraged to apply
