Registered Nurse - Overnight Care

About the role

Registered Nurse providing patient-centered care in home settings, including pediatric and adult patients with G-tube, Trach, and Ventilator needs.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
• Develop and revise care plans based on patient needs and physician input
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring effectiveness
• Respond to patient condition changes, reporting to physicians or supervisors
• Provide healthcare education, care coordination, and discharge planning

Qualifications & Skills

• Current RN license and health certification for practice state
• Valid BLS card, PPD or Chest X-Ray
• Preferably one year of RN experience
