About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one private duty homecare for an adult patient, primarily during overnight shifts with some day shift options.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care
- Conduct patient assessments
- Administer medications and treatments
- Update care plans
- Coordinate with healthcare teams
- Educate patients and families
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Respond to changes in patient status
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania RN license
- BLS/CPR certification
- Preferred one year of nursing experience
- Homecare, trach/vent, pediatric, or critical care experience is advantageous
