Registered Nurse - Overnight

We are seeking a Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing Care Unit in a luxury residential community in Chicago’s Gold Coast area.

About the role

The RN provides direct nursing care to residents, supervises and coordinates activities of CNAs, and ensures high-quality care in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise CNA activities to maintain quality care.
• Manage admissions, transfers, and discharges of residents.
• Administer medications and treatments, and maintain accurate charting.
• Respond immediately to crises and calls for assistance.
• Uphold the facility’s and Nursing Service’s philosophy through quality nursing care.

Requirements

• Current Illinois nursing license.
• CPR certification.
• Greater than 2 years of clinical experience preferred; one year in long-term care preferred.
• Weekend availability required.

Schedule

Overnight shift: 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM, 3 days per week, with a rotating weekend schedule.

Pay

$42.00–$43.00 per hour, plus an overnight shift differential.
