About the Role

Responsible for completing clinical competencies and participating in professional development within a Nurse Residency Program, under supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient data and develop and implement care plans
• Provide treatments and educate patients
• Coordinate with the healthcare team
• Record observations and delegate tasks appropriately
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethical standards

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Nursing or higher
• Current RN licensure
• No prior experience required; candidates with over 12 months of experience are ineligible
• May work with a provisional license or graduate nurse license
• Must hold a multistate RN license
