About the Role

The RN Clinical Nurse is a key member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. They practice evidence-based nursing following organizational models, standards, and ethical guidelines, ensuring individualized care that respects cultural diversity.

Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education, focusing on their goals.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality care using interdisciplinary methods and promote a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance care quality.

• Participate in protocol development, resource management, and compliance with policies and standards.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Diploma in Nursing required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience; prior OR circulating experience preferred.
• Current RN licensure (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required.
